These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PantheonAI websites, applications, demos, voice experiences, and related services provided by EQAI INC.

By using PantheonAI, you agree to these Terms. If you use PantheonAI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

PantheonAI creates AI-powered knowledge and voice experiences, including interactive conversations with books, authors, historical figures, and other knowledge sources.

Features may change over time. Some features may be experimental, limited, invite-only, or provided as demos or beta releases.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use PantheonAI.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may provide prompts, audio, files, feedback, or other content to PantheonAI. You retain any rights you already have in content you submit.

You grant EQAI INC. permission to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and use your content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve PantheonAI.

PantheonAI may generate text, audio, transcripts, summaries, responses, or other outputs. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them. PantheonAI should not be used as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other expert advice.

You agree not to misuse PantheonAI or help others misuse it. Prohibited activity includes:

• Violating laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations.
• Submitting content you do not have the right to use or share.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to PantheonAI or related systems.
• Using PantheonAI to generate or distribute malware, spam, fraud, harassment, exploitation, or deceptive content.
• Misrepresenting AI-generated content as human-generated when that would be misleading or harmful.
• Removing notices, bypassing safety features, or using the service in a way that could harm EQAI INC., users, or the public.

PantheonAI, including its software, design, branding, models, features, and content supplied by EQAI INC., is owned by EQAI INC. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of PantheonAI or EQAI INC. intellectual property to you. You may use PantheonAI only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.

PantheonAI may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, AI processing, payments, communications, and other product functions. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

If paid features are offered, pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund rules will be presented at purchase or in the applicable order flow. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for applicable fees and taxes.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of PantheonAI at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PantheonAI after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

You may stop using PantheonAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, or if continued access would expose EQAI INC. or others to legal, security, or operational risk.

PantheonAI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, EQAI INC. disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EQAI INC. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of PantheonAI.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EQAI INC. from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of PantheonAI, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
